Graphite deposit comparison Here’s another attempt at comparing several North American graphite deposits as follows; 1) includes measured, indicated and inferred resources and operating expenses as reported in recent PEA or PFS, 2) uses current (not projected) graphite pricing (FOB Europe), as reported by Northern Graphite for their 2023 Lac Des Isle graphite production (NGC website Jan/24; ‘about graphite;- graphite pricing’). Variations in concentrate pricing are as reported by NGC, based on variations in flake size (except Graphite Ck is the average of the other three). It appears that only Lac Gueret would generate enough operating profit, at current pricing, to justify the cost of developing the mine.
