Hey, trying to sought more negativity on another board... This is a big boy game, with a need for a billion worth of financing before getting to next level... And all that as been correctly communicated to the market... So trying to interject wrong doing by a large shareholder is pretty disingenuous, but that is your trademark!

Nemaska Lithium - Pallinghurst & IQ Nouveau Monde Graphite - Pallinghurst & IQ Next financing at what sp? $2-$3? Under $2? Share price trajectory hasn't changed direction. Hist (830×543) (stockwatch.com)

I could be wrong, but from memory Pallingurts only became an investor in Nemaska after it became bankruptcy. Nemaska lithium problems weee caused by a management too focus on going into production to early... So that sort of make the assumptions you are trying to make wrong.

Get your facts straight Kongratulation. I believe that prior to Nemask Lithium's creditor protection proceedings, Pallinghurst dd control the largest single equity holding in Nemaska Lithium. The greater portion of that Pallinghurts equity position was said to have been swapped for "future consideration" and such with Livent, who is said to now control, along with Investessiment ...more

1student, Kongratulation, Shareholders held 65ish% of Nemaska Lithium prior to the BofD pulling the plug filing under CCAA with millions in the bank. Pallinghurst, the offshore fiscal entity was not a shareholder. Shareholders believe this was orchestrated (manigance) to get their hands on the local crown jewel lithium project to become known as Nemaska Lithium 2.0. The gov't and IQ were ...more

You, Dalesio_98, stated "How much money did Pallinghurst inject into the 2.0 project to be gifted 50%? Zero (0), next to zero? Pallinghurst publicly stated injecting a billion $$ into Quebec projects? Where is proof of the same? Guess what, Pallinghursy didn't incur legal fees during the CCAA, payment came from creditor funds." You said it yourself that Pallinghurst was a party to ...more

Another share consolidation.
Comment by 1student on Oct 13, 2023 10:36pm
Dalesio_98, I am not saying another share consolidation is what is in store for NOU.V shareholders going forward. I just wouldn't rule it out, this given the current share price trajectory established, which could very well last until the end of this Q4 and well into 2024? Who knows; and "who" is not telling.
