Interesting to see BMO holding shares of NOU

I had a look at ownership of NOU. It is interesting to see BMO holding 438,050 shares of NOU.as of June 30.
 

BMO did a bought financing at $4.55 USD announced on April 11 when the closing price of NOU was $5.03 USD. Since April 11 the price of NOU has headed downward to todays price of $2.00 USD on the NY exchange.

Thanks for that information youknowwhat. You would think that Bank Of Montreal (BMO) and/or it's affiliated or subsibiary entities would clearly want to hold such a equity position in Nouveau Monde Graphite, a Quebec Canada operating equity issuer. You would also think that BMO representatives would just love to keep "making steady bank" from having lent out NOU equities to those

Regarding the bought deal financing. I believe it was great for NOU but BMO took it on the chin and they still have 438,050 shares they good not sell.

Youknowwhat, I am not at all concerned for BMO and the 438,050 shares you suggest they could not sell. BMO associated minions know full well how to generate good recurring revenue from the facilitation of a prolonged NOU selling short campaign. BMO buys the tranche of NOU shares, either for itself or on behalf of and for it's fully serviced high net worth clients; then BMO goes about
