Class Action Lawsuit & All That Entails Should Be Next?

StockscoutX,

It was a great deal for Nouveau Monde Graphite and would have more immediately been a good deal for Mason Resources, i.e. had Mr. Fahad Al Tmimi and his hand picked gaggle of officers and directors at the very least asked for cash; not shares.

For now, that's all there is to it.
Mason Resources Inc is a holding company which would be milked dry of it's remaining cash on hand by Messrs Fahad Al Tamimi et al.

There is no critical element graphite resource business development and mining investment plan, as Messrs Fahad Al Tamimi et al entirely disingenuously suggested when,
sometime before the 100% of Lac Gueret sale agreement was announced, they elected to change the company's name to Mason Resources Inc from Mason Graphite.
See the company press release to that effect for the corroborable evidence.

Such a particular deceitful maneuver is now unambiguosly understood by all then LLG.V "minority" equities investors to have been a "bait and switch" maneuver extraordinaire on the part of Mr. Fahad Al Tamimi et al.
In fact, I expect Mr. Fahad Al Tamimi et al should be collectively fired with cause and concurrently be made to experience having their respective wages and other stock or cash based employment compensation and incentives justifiably disgorged and also be made to experience justifiably being sued on behalf of quite negatively financially impacted LlG.V equities investors (see the class action lawsuit); this due to Messrs Fahad Al Tamimi et al deceitful and intending to misinform and thereby defraud targeted to be negatively fiscally impacted LLG.V equities investors.

Calculate the financial losses experienced
by LLG.V "minority shareholders collectively since that name change "bait and switch" maneuver and then try to tell anybody this defrauding equities investors group of Mason Resources Inc officers and directors shouldn't be facing, at minimum, a class action lawsuit soon enough.

By the way, I would not expect the company's D&O liability insurance policy covers Mr. Fahad Al Tamimi et al for acts or lack thereof on their part which are considered to be intentionally misinforming of LLG.V equities investors and therefore considered to be associated equities investors defrauding actions on the part of Messrs Fahad Al Tamimi et al.
