Copper and Nickel up again. Fair value = $6.05 today
Breakout is coming anytime here in my opinion.. Chart looks gorgeous with a massive triangle ready to break. Analyst Research and Ratings NOVR is down 10.71% over the last three months.

Morningstar Fair value for NOVR is $5.60 today
Great long term entry at these prices, i think we're at the floor at current levels. Next move up should start relatively soon. FV67
