new $NOW CEO interview
Last week NowVertical ($NOW.V $NOWVF) CEO Daren Trousdell was interviewed on the Market Herald.
Specifically, the interview focused on the upsizing of $NOW's overnight marketed public offering and the company's plan going forward.
In the overnight offering issued units will be sold at a price of $0.95 for minimum gross proceeds of $5M and maximum gross proceeds of over $9M.
Additionally in the interview, Trousdell shared that in 2022 $NOW will focus on additional acquisitions, revenue scaling to a larger profile, growing both organically and inorganically, and fully integrating organic business with substantial growth.
