Updated 43-101 According to IR, the new 43-101 should come in 30 days or less (hopefully much less according to them). We were originally told early April so it's anyone's guess when it will actually come. It will eventually come and it will hopefully be a big one.
ARZ shareholders are apparently voting on the Hecla offer on May 9th and the deal would close at the end of June. Guessing we'll see nothing from ARZ until after that time.
Interesting times ahead. Hoping that any further downside (share price) is limited. Can't see how anyone can get hurt at these levels, however I was also thinking that in the high 20's.
