Poop or get off the pot...August 31st is the deadline date for yes/no on Phase 3. I've heard that Hecla may try to renegotiate the terms of deal. There are several other parties interested in the property and the area. Should be interesting.
Latest 43-101 was calculated with conservatism in mind. New ounces were added but some were lost due to the greater degree of conservatism. As a project moves closer to commercialization, greater conservatism is needed. We should be more confident in the resource after the latest calculation.
NOX is in good shape on September 1st regardless of Hecla's decision. Pricing of gold is starting to move back in the right direction. We have the makings of a sustained move up in both gold and NOX. Longs will come out on top.
