Integra Gold Corp., subject to final regulatory approval, has increased and closed the first tranche of its previously announced $2.8-million non-brokered private placement financing.

Subject to regulatory approval, the company wishes to increase the total offering to $3.2-million. The second and final tranche of the offering is scheduled to close on or about Aug. 30, 2013, and is subject to certain conditions, including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The shares will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period.
