My research indicates it is Mining Licence Approved see link below and search for Namibia Rare Earth, licence i think is in final stages as all Environmental permits has been approved.

Further your research by going to link below, click on current licences, click on year 2018., click on ML contacts 2016, and search for Namibia Rare Earth on the PDF, which will reveal the following data: ML200, Date applied, 16 Nov 2016.

Remember the last remaining document nvironment"was submitted by the company to the Mining Department in late 2017. Now that business structure has been finalized i am pressuming that the licence is in the final approval stages.

There is Significant Cobalt Find in their Rock assays.

This is a fantastic company, i have been following this for years and am glad i kept this on my radar as things are finaly coming to fruition in a BIG WAY.
