$1.01 NRM Jan 13 $3.5 million stock option grant
The news from Albemarle ALB last week was very significant, as NRM is one of two main claystone deposit owners next door.
Noram Ventures is in a good position right now, with an expanding resource, a rising lithium price, strong demand in the future due to EV, interest from major lithium and energy companies as well as EV producers, a favorable mining and political environment.
Today our CFO Anita Algie has reserved for grant $3.5 million incentive stock options at a price of $0.79 for a period of ten years from date of grant.Noram Ventures will grant $3.5 million incentive stock options to directors , officers and consultants of Noram Ventures.
All options will be granted in accordance with the 10% rolling option program.
Last time they did this back in October for $1.5 million at $0.135 stock price has exploded since today to $1.01
CYP went to $2.40 ALB $179.72 SPMT 0.10 So it's all looking really good now.
