Significant advantages....Right on the SURFACE & sub-surface.........Move-in a mini plant & make battery grade Lithium as the battery Mega & Giga plants are starting to scramble to lock-in longer term Lithium supply contracts.

Investors now heating up interest for this "surface" Lithium area of significant raw material supply.

Tesla at new historical highs is not going to hesitate to buy out these surface deposits at just about any price....All Tesla wants is to own the Supply, property acquisition price is non-issue.
