RE:Anatomy of Capitulation

RE:Anatomy of CapitulationJudging by the volume today as I pointed out this morning it certainly seems we have shaken out most of the traders from March. However, without HC licensing the stock can still slowly bleed lower. As for re-entry or holding the key is to weigh the risk vs. reward as the license could drop anytime, but will it be "in-time"?

Apathy rules as it has on this board.
Capitulation is hard to pinpoint when investors become maximally dejected and apathetic. But my hunch is that we have had capitulation today.
