RE:RE:Very, very low volume
RE:RE:Very, very low volumeIt will be interesting to see how management announce the first crop due to be harvested, as per recent press release, towards the end of August. I am referring to the yield/weight and quality. Will they tell us stakeholders that they estimate that having harvested 55% or whatever of the planted area that the weight of the harvest was, for example, 18,300 kgs or whatever. Will they provide any outlook at that time or later? There will be dozens of ways they can brake that news and provide further colour. Of course we are all hoping they will get very close to the 40,000 kgs target or more but that is now generated over 2 harvests. But as each risk is eliminated there will be more certainty which will be reflected in the SP. They still have to deliver on their order book and sell the potential 4/5 million vape cartridges at a good price whatever that maybe.
Regarding working capital there could be a need for up to an additional $15m to cover harvest and other costs IMO before the sales/receivables become cash in the bank. The volume may only start coming in around November/December in large quantities. The cash position at the end of September will be revealing. GLTA
