RE:RE:breaking the lawIt’s a valid question; they appear to be walking a fine line that hasn’t been tested in courts - but I would say this: the legal entity behind the campaign doesn’t seem to “touch the plant” - 48North seems to have structured things right (remember that “Good and Green” holds the farm). The other thing is that the campaign is very subtle. Does “flower to the people” encourage consumption? 
I’m also certain they have obtained legal advice in all of this, and certainly think they are acting in good faith here.
