By principle, shares  on selling could not be shorted  !

True, to a point. Remember the naked shorting from last year? SEC investigated. Owning acb at the time, having a sell order for double the Sp, wound up with a credit in my trading account. Because, my shares were loaned out. Historically, if the stock say in this instance has never reached $4 and is unlikely to, currently trading at $0.61, it may run to $1. Running to $4 in a day, highly unlikely. Setting a sell order closer, say $1 plus or minus would help, but not guarantee your shares will be loaned out. Good luck everyone. VM
