RE:RE:48North Almost Done Harvesting Some 170,000 Mature Plants

Man I can’t resist getting in on this one :) so since this truly anyone’s guess. I think we can all lay out our predictions without being mean or rude.

So, the last I saw the field they had football field size patches of absolute monsters. You could tell they had areas, very very large areas which were not “seedlings” and I believe that verbiage is what could be distorting the yield predictions. The real numbers are 250,000 seedlings. However there were also thousands of transplanted plants at various stages. I saw with my own eyes that had way more than a pound on them. So they are not talking about a very important factor that can help you make an accurate prediction. I don’t feel that ILIKETA is very far off on the seedling part. The problem is that’s not all there was. They never documented in there videos and never really said how many transplants they would have. I also believe that at least half of the farm was 6’+ plants 1/4 were giants. And a 1/4 were autos and then replanted with autos (they never mentioned that). The six footers I saw were easily 1/2# plus plants, the giants over #, autos probably right around 3-4 oz. i don’t see any way that they miss the 40k number. I still expect to exceed that number by a fair amount. What is very interesting to me, is they never really took photos and videos from angles that really let you see a great view of the farm. And they were always a couple weeks ahead. The videos and photos never did justice at all. Take it for what it’s worth but I have been involved in large scale Grows for a long long time. Heck we are harvesting 500# today. GLTA my prediction still stands at over 40k easily.
