I have stayed quiet, but will chime in a little now.
I support your theories. I have to beleive that Alison would have sought legal counsel as to how to proceed...also, the board would have had input.
This is/was a very bad situation and either way could be seen as maniupating the stock.
I think the licensing was probably "pending" and could have been received any time.
I also beleive that the new facility cannot be put forth for licesnce util it is built per new regulations.
This is a new industry and there are going to be big errors, etc.
Pick any industry and you will all kinds of mishaps...look at Boeng with their Max 8.
Auto industry with many, many poor designed autos that have disappeared over the years.
On and On IMO.
We as shareholders deserve the truth and the "forensic details" and they should come out. Hoefully at the next AGM or sooner.
I think this has been oversold and I have to try to keep emotion separate from the financial aspect.
Just my thoughts.
