Whoops. didn't mean to hit the post button.
Not sure why you're surprised by this statistic. It makes sense to me.
From what I've seen the elderly have a 10% to 15% fatality rate.
Individuals younger than 50 have about a .1% to .2% fatality rate.
This is why 86% percent of the fatalities would be elderly.
