I agree with you Rusty2018.

There seem to be several signs that the company will be sold/acquired. An asset sale (i.e. the farm) is regularly a prerequisite to a transaction when the buyer wants to exclude a certain asset from the transaction. It is also the way to have better financial statements (EBITDA) and to get the best possible price for a transaction.

In addition, it is common for such a transaction to be preceded by a departure of senior executives from the company who would not be part of the buyer's takeover plan, in this case Sean Byrne and Kristen Gauthier.

I'm not saying it's a certainty that there will be a transaction, but let's say there are some warning signs.
