Sean eluded to not raising money at these levels as we're undervalued. Rough calculations put us to around 75 million shares outstanding as a result. Overall I'm excited about this. Now the company will have a ton of cash to play with, much better place financially and will likely speed up some of the acquisitions he had in mind. 


A lot has happened over the last week or so, really looking forward to an update now. 

Great time to buy! Shares are on sale. Nothing has changed other then them even being more financially secure. Company is still at the low end of their valuation even with this dilution.
