RE:NSPDF
Hey “Rock34”,
Great minds............
I too was wondering IF anyone else was paying attention to south of the border! Yes the trading has quietly picked up – see table below.

On May 30th the following was part of one of my posts:
Yesterday I posted the
Stockhouse Editorial because it re-iterates the two following items:
1. “The deal is expected to be
immediately accretive to the company’s revenue stream and is a real steal as the acquisition snaps up 51% of an operating facility for approximately $1.5 million that would have taken $30.0-plus million to build and fit out from the ground up.” So immediately after completion of the deal, 51 % of all revenues get rolled up into NSP Consolidated financial statements and products can be produced immediately – no delay due to construction, etc.
2. “NSP is cashed up and with the recent $1.0 million-plus warrant exercise isn’t directing any of this financing toward corporate and administrative needs. The remaining money that will be raised from the financing will instead be put toward the company’s announced plans of growing into the Colorado hemp market as it cashed up and able to operate.”
We haven’t heard a lot lately about the US but do you really think nothing is going on behind the scenes!
