Doesn't pass the smell test

This just screams Venture shenanigans. Simply the fact they are spending so much time and money on promotional activity just doesn't scream confidence. If they company is so undervalued why has there been Net Insider Selling the past year of $(86,155). There is no reason to give them the benefit of the doubt.
