A couple comments regarding your post:
1.
“They wouldn't have done so (the last increase) if they didn't have the participants lined up and waiting.” --> IMO a very astute observation on your part.
2.
“I'll call again on Monday as I would still like to get in on it if it's not too late.” --> IMO you will be wasting your time calling today as I believe it was too late over a week ago. Just re-read your own comment in 1. above.

I was away from home when the increase to the PP was announced on Oct. 14
th and I was late to the party in regards to submitting sub agreements to take part in the PP increase. Like you said in point 1. above
“participants lined up and waiting.”
IMO if your subs & money weren’t there shortly after the Oct. 14
th announcement, well………you figure it out. I will consider myself extremely lucky if I get
any allocation at all so I have been buying on these little dips.
I have to admit that there were times this summer I was wondering if I was foolish for immediately taking part in the initial PP offering……well summer is over and I don’t feel foolish at all.

Strong close today despite the drop to .41. Had I been able to watch it all day I would have bought more at that price. Cheers all.
