My belated responses to a few of your recent posts:

1. Even a company such as HEMPCO has a higher market cap than NSP and they supply the heart seeds to NSP

NSP has many different suppliers of which HEMPco is just one on the list, and the amount of product that they provide is minimal and only under specific circumstances.  The suggestion that HEMPco is a major supplier to NSP is incorrect and misleading.

 2. (surprised if any brokerage firms took part in the PP as it does not appear so).

Your above statement is another piece of incorrect and misleading information. There were brokers who took part in the PP on their own behalf – I confirmed this with the company.

3. CZO has;  better management, earnings, and disruptive technology with PGX that be can applied across a few industries including food and pharma

I started following CZO years ago when it was .14, long before I bought my first shares of NSP so I would really appreciate you sharing your detailed comparative analysis of CZO with NSP that backs up the assertions you made in the statement above.

DKM, I believe you're looking for all the negatives in any post and will steadfastly defend the company.

1. comment #1 I made, I don't see how that remotely suggests " The suggestion that HEMPco is a major supplier to NSP is incorrect and misleading."

My point was you have a company like HEMPCO who is at the bottom of the food chain with a higher market cap than NSP and they are only a supplier to them, in addition if you looked at HEMPco's finanicals for the past few years, they are marginally profitable at best with little revenue growth, My point was that NSP should have a much higher market cap than HEMPCo.

2. comment #2 I made. That was made in jest as I know having spoke to Brent and Craig at time of the PP, brokerage houses got in and PP was oversubscribed.  That was in stark contrast to earlier in 2016 when they couldn't close the PP, but with the spike in the share price, the vultures came out and yet they can't even put a brokerage report out.

3. comment # 3 I made. If you still know CZO or even own it (as I do and got in at .20 to .40) you yourself can do your own detailed analysis to see why I feel that CZO has a better management team than NSP. As with any company it's management, management, management.  The stock price tells you that for the past year or so, CZO has been executing its business plan much better than NSP. Since you don't post on CZO bullboard, but seem to exclusively post on NSP's bullboard, I'll bet you don't own any shares of CZO.

DKM, I believe you bring a lot of valued info to this board, but keep it balanced and beware of hubris.  As someone commented, don't make yourself out as the chairman of this bullboard.

Hey “Ciao”,

If I was looking for all the negatives as you suggest I wouldn’t have to look very hard - the board is full of negative comments – some justified, some not.  I just happened to be “Catching up…” and read your 3 posts at the same time.

In regards to steadfastly defending the company….well I own a couple shares and I do my DD so when I see something that is incorrect or misleading I will try to respond if/when I can.

Your original points #1 and #2 IMO are incorrect and/or misleading and I was merely pointing that out.

#1 - If your post had said something like “they supply heart seeds to NSP” or “they are a supplier of heart seeds to NSP” l would have just kept reading. You actually said “they supply the heart seeds to NSP” so no matter how many times I read it, to me it suggests that they are the major and/or the sole supplier of heart seeds.

#2 - If as you explain you knew beforehand that brokers did take part in the PP on their own behalf why would you even post “(surprised if any brokerage firms took part in the PP as it does not appear so)”.  You say it was written in jest, well I guess it was for your own amusement since there is no way to know you were trying to funny!

#3 - If I currently own, previously owned or never owned CZO is irrelevant.  You made the assertion that: “CZO has;  better management, earnings, and disruptive technology with PGX that be can applied across a few industries including food and pharma

I am sure if I posted a similar comment on the CZO board about any stock you would expect me to support my assertions.  You are correct I can do/have done my own DD on CZO and what I should have written was “I would really appreciate you sharing ….with this board….your detailed comparative analysis of CZO with NSP that backs up the assertions you made in the statement above”.

You say “DKM, I believe you bring a lot of valued info to this board – well like I said to “wayned” – thanks for that.

However if my correcting a couple points in your posts that I believe to be incorrect and/or misleading as well as simply asking you to support your assertions about the company negates all that, please feel free to put me on ignore.

If you are at all curious why I bothered to write this follow up post, take a minute or two to read my next response to one of your more recent posts before putting me on ignore.  Thanks!
