RE:NSP now competing with Laguna Blends?

Rock34 nailed it; the Definitive Agreement with Laguna included minimum gross sales targets to retain exclusive rights to these products
(Link 1) which were not met by Laguna “1.0”.
Laguna underwent changes this past year and Laguna “2.0” in alliance with Isodiol has re-branded the product and launched it in February
(Link 2).
The launch under the Natera brand is excellent
(Link 3) and
“The company said it plans to phase in the introduction of this new product to its other markets in a timely manner.”
Sounds a lot like the following statement in the addition of products to the
NATERA® CBD line
“additional countries will be announced on a timely basis as the strategic marketing plan is implemented.”
It’s all part of the strategic plan for continued development of NATERA® as an international brand.

Laguna must meet the following minimum gross sales targets for the Laguna HempOmega(TM) Infused Protein Products in order to retain exclusive rights to these products: $1,600,000 in the first year after entry into the Agreement, and $4,500,000 in the second year after entry into the Agreement.

Launching our own HempOmega protein drinks in two of the same flavors as Laguna's Pro 369. Guess we're moving beyond hemp powder supplier to direct competitor. I think it's a good move. We have the hemp powder production on lock, so why settle for bulk ingredient sales to Laguna when we can produce our own value-added retail products with higher profit margins?
Maybe we have some kind of geographic exclusive distribution agreement in place with them where we sell only in certain markets and they sell in others?
Either way, it's good news and another step in the right direction.
