Good post! I think spaceman007 has been drinking way too much of divot111’s “sky is falling” koolaid lately.
Spaceman007 has been around a long time and does ask a lot of questions as you state. I am pretty sure in the past both you and I have answered a few for him. I know I have ignored some of spaceman007’s questions because as he states “
there is such thing as a dumb question” and IMO he himself has asked a few based on his criteria!

We all are capable at times of asking “dumb” questions or for that matter just making
“dumb” statements even certain WH Press Secretaries do it!
Last Thursday I asked spaceman007 the following 4 questions about some of
his statements - all of which remain unanswered so I guess by his criteria they are all dumb questions.
1. You state: “
Q4 is obviously going to suck.” - It won’t be like Q3 but that doesn’t mean it will suck. What level/type of results are you expecting and at what level would you consider them “not to suck”?
2. You state: “
it's not my comment they don't. Like, it's the Outlook. Did anyone else watch the same webcast that I did?” – I thought it was a real good Webcast. What did you see in the Webcast that was so negative?
3. You state:
“negatives... …will end up in the black hole of despare just like all the rest.” – The Term Sheet signed Feb 23
rd in now a Definitive Agreement (DA). How can the DA be a negative the same day it’s announced?
4. You state:
“At this point, with a burn rate of $1million per month, I am Surprised they still have enough cash on hand for operations” – It’s probably not even close to that much per quarter. A burn rate of $1 million per month, could you please provide some substantiation for that number?
