Maybe they gave them 500k in stock and then used that stock to reinvest in there stock in exchnage for restricted stock. Basically pumps the demand up but no.one is actually selling or buying :)... in the end of the day if nsp can make more money than they spend we will all be happy. If not they can always issue a trading halt and make.up some aquisition story on which we can all offload before the aquisition fails :)
