Is there an reasonable explanantion as to why the Mr. Goodwin would be purchasing shares on a regular basis since mid-December 2022? It's a bit confounding, all things considered:

Goodwin take it private ? Not likely. Why would he do that ? He wants "investors" to pay for his folly and pay him handsomely at the same time SO HAPPY TO HAVE TAKEN THE LOSS AND GOT THE &%$# OUT.

All we can hope for is that he finds additional financing and turn this business around. Hopefully, he has learned by now to stop the BS and do something right for shareholders. He owes us as much! G1945V
