This management is doing f... all to make a profit and get the share price moving up.
Why approve their 10% stock options plan.
Why approve this 15 to 1 share reverse split? All that will do is allow them to dilute shareholders even more and make the share price be less than the one cent it is now. You can bet that if after the reverse split we are at 15 cents then we will be down to 10 cents in no time which will be like us being at 0.6 cents with current share count.
Shareholders sent Body and Mind a message at their meeting when they voted down the company shares incentive plan so we need to do the same thing with Naturally Splendid.
Also, this lovely item they keep adding to all their press releases. "Naturally Splendid maintains a relationship Plasm Pharmaceutical, a company that has been approved for conducting a phase 2 clinical trial approved by Health Canada for the treatment of COVID-19."
We haven't heard a word of an update on this since the price jumped on the announcement of the phase 2 approval. This venture was another 500 000$ throwen out the door.
Seriously, vote no on those 3 items if we have any hope left of this company not going to zero.
