deteriorate or not

deteriorate or not64 wagon where is this news that was supposed to be comming? I have a question, is it possible that the holes that are made could deteriorate just a little and if they did would that change anything? Could the integrity of the holes be changed in any way, creases by folding, money getting wet, wear over time?????????
