If this Guy had talked with Doug and got the skinny on the up comming contracts which I doupt that Doug would have given him let alone any time lines. If this phantom you spoke to has any friends, why hasn't the volume picked up more than it has???? Your own addmission that the price has been floating from .70>1.20 so anywhere inbetween would be a steal right??? If anyone wants the shares knowing that a contract is just around the corner why not pick up what they can while they can??? No volume today, what's up with that?????
