What I'm trying to say is, if the cat is out of the bag where are the institutional buyers? More times then not the sp usually runs before news.  I meant .70> 1.20 would be a steal if hopefully contracts are signed. It wasn't that long ago that a hundred thousand shares traded hands in one month, July I believe. Thats a lot of shares being shed so close to news. I've been following and buying for some time, actually before they went across the pond supossedly writing up contracts according to Muno and Dondrench and that was almost if not two years ago.
My costs have been from 1.45>.75
You on the other hand did not tick me off, I take it with a grain of salt, after all since I been on this board I've never seen you post here, why now?? 


 I don't want to start any rumors but last night i talked to someone who had lunch with the president a couple days ago and according to him good things are coming sooner than later..like sooner.
he even told me a time frame which i won't mention.

That someone you talked with do you think Doug just might know who it was if he read this board??
Do you think that someone you talked with might consider this a betrayel of confidence???

You'll understand why I'm a little skeptical, I hope I didn't offend you but that's the way I see It.
