RE:RE:When willI knew there had to be something going on.. I would hope that wouldn't have same effect on Tax stamps, but again we haven't heard anything else beyond their newly formed partnerships with India.  Are you able to locate the article or link where you read that information about crumbling issues? I am going to try and look into it as well.
