First tranche means only part of the order ships in Nov. Quick fulfillment for this new partner suggests the partner(s) associated with the original $2 million order are having some kind of troubles such as financing, Covid restrictions, etc.

I see the purchase order but not much on the deposit, but assume that is paid in mid-Nov when the order ships?
