RE:RE:Recall Zenstix™ and Kushtabs™All of these law and policy makers are just working on their own job security by complicating things with miniscule ideas that they must pull out of their azzs, most of which are so minute that they are becoming experts about nothing which contributes to fostering in proper legislation that actually supports this newly legal vice and pharma offering.
All of this technical brain storming by government people to protect us from ourselves over overdosing and such that is debillitating for a short period of time but not a lot of numbers on the death side of the ledger by comparison to alcohol and opiate narcotics.
Personally, I treat marijuana and hemp as one plant with both psychoactive properties or not. Different strains just produce different amounts, both of which are gaining notoriety as medicinally effective and if you get the right balance or a strain that has isolated the psychoactive properties out or in depending on your preference, it can fit your your category of use, either medicinal or rec use.
Now they are presenting newer classifications of cannabinoids that seem to blur the lines of expectation and until the potpreneurs can put a description of what to expect on the labels. They have now decided that certain strains of cbd are psychoactive which plays right into the law and policy makers wheelhouse for job security to sort that shyt out.
I see a solid future for those that work the angle of pharma use pot by going through the same hurdles as newly certified drugs go through and put the best use on the label, would help to sort out what consumers are deciding on like they already do for the rec use strains of preference.
If somebody steps up and figures out that this particular strain is good for sores, boils and pimples on your penis, that would be helpful to a lot of people, I would imagine.
In the meantime this will just have to cluster along, although the US has finally laid a path for the scientists to legally be able to figure this out, although a couple squeaked through that got DIN numbers and approval as "real" bona fide pharmaceuticals.
Neutrisci has flirted with a health line under the Blue Science label, if my memory serves me correctly and need to do something to return to some serious effort because what they are doing is painful and could be classified as a joke of self serving.
This isn't a private company and shareholders deserve more respect and if our guy isn't doing his job, he needs to be replaced. I would love to see some securities legislation such that the commonshareholders can get a declaration of management abandonment and put in new personel of their choice rather than letting these small companies whither away.
