If you really feel that way what are you still doing here? I find that super weird. I haven't been on the canopy board (and others) since I learned early on what a mistake those were . And save the "I'm bag holding and won't sell at a loss" excuse. If you really believed your own bs, you'd sell at any price before you lost even more. More accurately you either don't have shares, you're hoping for even cheaper shares, or you're just bitter that your average is higher than price and you're frustrated (but still don't believe your own bs or you'd sell).
