Regarding take over
My vote goes for a 10 for 1 stock in you know who, if there something here we know it's big and they can afford to give it to us, this property also has the location that can save a lot of money in all kinds of ways. So you do the math for what I'm thinking what's fair market if there's a hit, like I said the potential outways the loss, we are gamblers here let's face it, and we want our lottery ticket to come in or we go home .
