Got my Blue Proxy today - what utter rubbish!
Sat down with a coffee to read this massive document from the current board. All they do is smear the alternate board, who are people of real accomplishment, unlike the current gang of pillagers. But half the document is on all the NWST share bonuses and options that they are giving themselves this year - for reducing share value by 80% and further diluting our shares! I really can't believe they can do this with a straight face! And just yesterday, they create a further 700,000 shares to give the disgraced Mark O'Dea's replacement! This is unbelievable! What next for these parasites? Steal the office furniture on their way out the door?
