RE:RE:RE:Down 4%. Well done!
dometech and others if we are going to talk about uplisting and when we start seeing our commercial revenue, I would start to look at pps turning into bought deals, when you see a slew of them in consecutive news releases--however they are dissiminated within whatever time frame I believe these are usually indicative of that. I will be looking for the pps to become bought deals. I haven't talked about it but doing so now because when, sorry but I will say this here, saw it on the pat boards, the first of what has happened, I take them very seriously! Lynch was mentioned to have been buying up shares over there and if that is the case, the bought deal news release that came one or two days after Lynch was supposedly buying up shares came--definitely no coincidence. So folks, keep in mind bought deals and slew of them and the chances are very good that it is coming especially when companies like Lynch start buying. You know I have said I will be open to purposefully trading and building a position I said so over at pat and boy did I get some love--I feel after getting destroyed by Natcores over promises and seeing my holdings' worth keep getting killed due to believing in the pretenders to start looking after my holdings to make sure I am close to trading value if not preferably below. If this company will prove excellence, pps in truth will and should turn to bought deals. If we keep getting way too many pps after gaining some foothold this company will likely be on the venture for some time. From my experience with pennies those who actually uplisted had seen their financing go from pp's to bought deals--keep this is mind because the likelihood of companies uplifting after a slew of them are extremely high not 100% from my knowledge and recollection. I believe that acuity ad holdings had a few bought deals but it has yet to uplist they did however from my recollection list on the higher tier of the octb and have yet to get off the Venture so if I am remembering about their particular situation getting bought deals while strongly indicative of an uplisting may not reflect it immediately on the US and Canadian main exchange as seems to be the case of acuity ad holdings but for Spectra 7 it in fact did, as it did for dhx media--two companies I was following and saw what happened--in fact I was invested in Spectra prior to and after the uplisting from Venture to TSX main, so an uplisting may not be fully transitioned to from my perspective as seems to be what happened with acuity from my vantage point but generally signals it and it has more to do with brokerages who want a piece of the action at "cheaper prices" and who would not otherwise will not buy into pennies! Keep this in mind the marking will be bought deals and less so typical pp's. Let's see where nxo goes but we first have to get product out before any talk of uplisting--I want to make sure we have commercial contracts solidly in place first and they should be coming soon! good luck all.
