AND you shout out to the world what he is paid!!!????

First off, if I was Derek, I'd drop your A$$ as a friend yesterday. I know enough senior bankers to say that with certainty. 

Not only would they want discussions "among friends" kept private, but putting those words into his mouth is not very prudent given what has come out recently with Qualcomm and Nvidia.

You are making him out to be a fool here AND perhaps even a manipulator. Those are heavy charges to make against Mr Neldner...

I'm inclined to totally disbelieve you
