RE:Nexoptic Mining?yes, NXO used to be Elissa Resources and was renamed Nexoptic.  They then bought Spectrum, which was the company owned by the Daugelas which was the 'invention' end of things and was not publically traded.  NXO then acquired the patents which is the foundation of their Double Take technology, though with many changes in the past years.  ALLIS and AI was a more recent development to have the flat lens system work better, which the migrated to ALIIS.  None of the patent pending for the AI belong to the Daugelas.
