I put Nexoptic Mining into Google and it came up with Elissa Resources and decribes what seems to be the very early stages of partnering with Spectrum Optix to make Nexoptic

Anyone have any better insight of this?

yes, NXO used to be Elissa Resources and was renamed Nexoptic.  They then bought Spectrum, which was the company owned by the Daugelas which was the 'invention' end of things and was not publically traded.  NXO then acquired the patents which is the foundation of their Double Take technology, though with many changes in the past years.  ALLIS and AI was a more recent
