RE:RE:Autonomous EVs...
nope look up non disclosure Snake instead of making things up. Non disclosures which are deemed as trade secrets can last indefinitely until they are no longer deemed trade secrets. So if that us the case a press release will not be filed anytime soon. Like I said IBC Advanced Alloys had a nda in place for a year plus and no one had a clue but as soon as the nda got lifted a .02 stock soared to .15 as they were collaborating with Lockheed Martin. Having said that it may be likely that on the quarterly when revenue flows through and if the nda has not been breached properly any flow through may state that there is revenue from undisclosed partner that we have a nda with. I don't know how that would be dealt with. The cleanest way is those who have the upper hand disclose before all this but I would think if not and all material information needs to be filed it will show up something like that for publicly viewing but if there are other internal disclosures to the exchange I don't know. Regardless the point is that a nda is only disclosed under the terms set out and if a trade Secret they can theoretically be indefinite or determined to no longer be so. In any case it may take a year or longer or sooner it all depends and there doesn't seem to be any hard and fast rules. Just look it up.
