why buy

why buyI can buy non investment grade bonds for 11% interest....on companies much much more secure with liquidity......Why tie up money in a low grade NXO ......?   I wonder who would buy this......if i want investment grade i can buy notes for 5% like USA T Bills....secured by Gov.....Do you want to give these guys money and lock up your cash with NO SALES GUIDANCE
