Sorry that is inaccurate 

He was appointed as CEO ....then moved over for Paul to be CEO. 

Then , after 1.5 years after his " Soon " comment he opened his " consultant " bussiness and made the pivot to distance himself personally from NXO. 

So to say he provided his services through a company is innacurate for the first 1.5 years of his tenure with NXO.

If you recall I pointed this out when It happened and people laughed at me and said I was lying. 

My personal opinion is he probably got an official answer from Quallcomm , Nvidia and Arm saying they were not interested in ALIIS so he decided to prepare his Exit and distance himself from the failure that he knew NXO would be without the contracts he promised.

Also he did not Participate in the PP.
