Im really laughing at you since you are clearly trying to intimidate myself and others who past facts and quite honestly i will reply to you the same way i replied to Bill.

Bill had threatened me multiple times with a lawsuit and I replied " bring it on." Of course they never served me any paperwork. Why ? Because to sue someone you need money which Nexoptics has none and also you can not sue someone for posting facts.

The below are facts and can be verified indepandantly by you , a lawyer, a judge or anyone who wishes to look into it.

Nexoptic has :

0 $ in Sales since the day they opened

100% failure rate on ALL THEIR PRODUCTS ( Blade optics, mobile lense, Double Take , Aliis ect)

90 million Dollars in Shareholder funds burned in Losses as per their own filings

100% promises broken ( Sales coming soon , Double take 100 000 units sales target per month 2019, ect ect) All these promises made on Video and saved by myself and others for possible future needs.

Huge 100% dilution in the past 4 months on outstanding shares 180 000 000 shares now.

IR doesnt answer emails sent to them for the past 12 months.

The issue I have with you is you come here and dispute these facts are true when they are clearly undeniable facts that i can prove with the company's own publicly shared documents and Videos.
