ALL specs should have a set exit point...mine are generally ay 80% (down 20%) unless there is a compelling reason to hang on a little longer
At this point, you simply have to assume there will be no revenues and that ALLiS and NexCompress have failed to attract attention and will unlikely succeed.
It happens...the problem is that your fear of losing $ is simply ensuring you will lose more.
Funny part is that you say "shareholders are watching their capital melt away"...which you blame the company for....
