What happens if they can not raise any money from new investors ? 

They will close ... right ? 

What is soo hard to understand about the situation ? 

Why would they do Audited Financials ? No Idea ... Ask them why they are not trading for over 2 months. Maybe they hoping to get an investor ? 

A lot of things NXO does makes 0 sense ...
