Nexoptic Technology Corp > Ntek as a distributor

Ntek as a distributor

The definition of a distributor insinuates that NTEK will buy the product then sell to the end user. does this mean they will have a sales force pushing ALLIS?

A distributor is an entity that buys noncompeting products or product lines and sells them direct to end users or customers.

I guess what I am asking is, will Ntek have to still sell end users on Allis or will the end users trust that Allis is worth having since Ntek has it in the portfolio?  The answer might still be the same in that we dont really know. Thanks

Well that was a crappy end to what seemed like a great news release. As Damn says, time to bring the revenue contracts to get this moving! NTek is a supplier servicing the companies below as their main business. Many of these companies are publicly listed.      ON Semiconductor  https://www.onsemi.com/    Galaxy Core https://en.gcoreinc ...more

@ Don  I have to wonder if management is not setting up a short trap.  Please all take 5 minutes to ponder the below  If they have a deal with Ntek ....which can be announced publicly:  100% sure they have the terms agreed apon and in a contract ( revenue per sale , per year ect) 100% sure Ntek has guarenteed sales coming. 100% sure Ntek has an estimated number of sales ...more

@damn I agree, the ground work is layed with NTek. It seems NXO management has a plan and is setting the building blocks for a strong finish to the year. With the weekly news releases, building in significance. I'm hoping for multiple commercial contracts coming by years end.

RG wrote a book called "a Theory of Market Strategy" Maybe putting his theory to work. Voice signal load up on patents before being bought out
Comment by Henryford on Oct 15, 2021 7:40pm
No value in that...nxo needs income generating contracts annoucements flowing and the SP will build from there. The quality of any Company signing up will propel the SP even further. I wouldnt think RG would bail out to early if NXOs tech is protected by patents...Companies who sign up to NXOs products will also have imput into altering designs to suit their wants and needs. Cash flow is key but I ...more

I would say Panasonic and Samsung are good companies to have supply contracts with but once again some numbers would be nice to get this to be up and running.

Whatever you say  Thats my point , why are there no numbers given ?  Must be a valid reason.
